With most projects you can remain at home while we work, although there may be one or two evenings when you won’t be able to walk on the floors. We always try hard to make the process as easy on you as possible.
That varies with every project: To buff and coat an existing floor usually takes one day depending on the square footage. Laying a new floor can take up to 3 days, again depending on the square footage.
We use top of the line dustless sanding equipment from Germany. The sanders have skirts that collect 100% of the dust. It’s filtered through a HEPA system, leaving your home dust-free. However, while we’re working we may stir up the existing dust in your home, but we’ll do our best to mitigate these issues.
Yes! We can match any type of wood floor, its grade, and color. We can also match any sample you have.
We have options that include furniture removal and replacement. We can even adhere new felt pads under piece of furniture should you choose.
Our machines are designed to sand tight against baseboards. However sometimes, depending on the final floor color, it might be best to remove the baseboards to protect them from from being accidentally stained. We promise to discuss all options specific to your project.
We can discuss different materials and finishes that will be best suit your lifestyle. Some might perform better than others, depending on your lifestyle. However, nothing is 100% guaranteed, especially if you have a baby rhinoceros living in your home.
Our labor warranty matches the manufacturers warranty on all new installations.

We do not recommend any toxic finishes.
Yes. Some finishes are more resistant to the damage from UV rays. There are also products that can be added to help mitigate UV light and its effects.
